Our tiny fuzzy buddy the Mook passed away in March, just a few weeks short of his 17th birthday. It was a very difficult time for me, since that crazy Pomie had been the 'big dawg' on this campus even after the introduction of a puppy 4 times his size. He got me through the absolute most difficult times in my life and I'm thankful to have been blessed with a dog with such great 'tude. 
We all miss you. Nikki especially misses her protector from the 100 lb. baby behometh. Thank you Mooks.

He was my first "grown-up" dog - my first dog as an adult. Throughout most of my twenties I lived in apartments that didn't allow pets and I vowed that as soon as I could get into a home of my own, I'd get a dog companion. I remember my fiance (at the time ) refused to let me have a dog. Needless to say we never married. The 'Mookster' came into my life six months after that breakup. A friend was breeding pomies and I remember there was always this one little guy that loved to be under my feet - even when I stepped on him! Obviously, he chose me and I'm happy he did.

overtaken with pain and lost recognition of his family and surroundings. Two days before he was running down the street like a pup - absolutely forgetting any idea of arthritis or other ailments. He will always be top dawg.
